Fat burning HORMONES.
There are specific hormones released by your body that control whether your cells will be fat or muscle. When you increase these hormones they'll burn fat AND increase muscle. If you get your training and nutrition right the fat will fly off as you build that muscle.
When you train and eat correctly for fat loss, your body goes through a 3 stage process and starts kicking out those powerful fat loss hormones.

3 Stages To Building Muscle That Burns Fat
To do this you want to increase your RMR (resting metabolic rate). When your metabolic rate is higher you burn more fat. Think "Fat Burning Furnace." You can make your body burn fat even while you watch TV or sleep.
You can raise your RMR by building MORE LEAN MUSCLE. So more muscle = a higher RMR and more fat burning hormones. The 3 stage Fat Loss Trifecta kicks your fat burning furnace into high gear.
You have 2 types of muscle fibers in your body. Type 1 is used for long distance training like running on a treadmill. Type 2 is used for explosive strength training like sprints, weights, and power moves. When you do type 2 training you burn more calories in half the time and you micro tears your muscle so they have to repair.
You want to keep burning calories when the workout ends. When you get off a treadmill you stop burning calories. When you finish a strength training workout you can be burning calories for up to 42 hours AFTER the workout as your body rebuilds the micro tears in your type 2 muscles you. It's why you're sore. So you want the AFTER workout burn.
Finally, your body recovers and fixes your muscles micro tears. This kicks out hormones that build new muscle, raises your RMR, and BURNS FAT LIKE CRAZY! Now that you have more lean muscle you can train harder to burn more calories, recover more often, and build more muscle. The trifecta cycles around again and again EVERY DAY.

How long are the workouts?
