Yes. As long as you complete the task sections each day it is definitely ok to adjust what tasks are. In fact it's expected so you can make progress and stay on track. 

You will alternate each of these areas at the end of each week. You will begin with the roots & fruits on the day you begin and alternate until you've completed 90 days. 

No. No explanation here. You get no days off. If you miss a days you fail to complete the Shift In 3 with perfection.

You get to choose the tasks. Depending on the level of coaching you have you will be given the insights to plan each task. Check out the training videos button in the app to gain immediate access to trainings for each area.

Yes, but ONLY go back and change tasks you are 100% sure you completed. This is simply you keeping integrity. So don't lie to yourself. You'll be happy you didn't at the end.
