Can I perform the movements?

Yes. Every workout is designed with exercises that can be modified for any fitness level. You can also always ask Anthony for personal adaptions in your private online community.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts start easy and get harder as the program progresses. Based on your fitness level, and how far into the program you are, you should expect a workout to take between 20-60 minutes. 

Do I need ANY other equipment?

Absolutely nothing is needed for the workouts. This program has been intricately designed to need nothing more than what you receive in your bag. In the evening routines you will notice the need of a foam roller. If you do not already own one we have an AWESOME foldable foam roller as a recommendation so you can still travel in ease.
