Recre8's Eight Phases

The foundation of the Recre8 membership is built upon an 8 phase, 24 week, online course that is completed both alone and with other group members. All phases are laid out in a very specific order designed to properly progress you forward. You wouldn't skip from the 1st to the 5th grade in school, so you probably shouldn't attempt to skip phases in your life.   

Phase 1: Legacy

The first step on ANY journey is to get crystal clear on WHY you're starting it in the first place. Then what you want to leave as your legacy to the world. In phase 1 you're going to get clarity on yourself and why you're taking this journey so you don't get hung up when times get tough. What do you want to be remembered for?

Phase 2: Trust Your Hustle

 

If you REALLY knew how to work hard, let's be honest, you'd already have what you want. In this phase I teach you how to work past your comfort zone so you stop holding yourself back from success.

Phase 3: Structure

Without structure the biggest monuments would fall. The same goes for your life. In this phase I'll teach you how to get consistent positive results with proper time management, focus, and execution. 

Phase 4: Health

No matter what goals you have in your life, your overall health will either limit you or help you excell. In this phase you'll learn how to get to peak physical and mental health.

Phase 5: Soul Work

There is a peace within when you soul is sound. Whether you believe in a higher power or not, there is a power to your soul. This phase will help you find that alignment and get a greater peace.

Phase 6: Relationships

These are the most valuable assets in your life. PERIOD. In this phase you'll learn how to develop powerfully fulfilling relationships, and make great memories, with the people you love.

Phase 7: Excitement

You're a feeling machine. If you aren't experiencing enough EXCITEMENT in your life, then you should make a change. It's time to live a life worth telling a story about.

Phase 8: Contribution

How you give back to the world becomes your legacy. This could be the actual work you do, career you hold, time and/or money you give, etc. In this phase we're going to look at how you can contribute to the world in a more fulfilling way. For both you and those you serve.

From foster care to the NFL, and now successful speaker, author, consultant, coach, and father of 3. I'm your host, Anthony Trucks and I was thrust into an unforgiving world at 3 years old when my mom gave me and my 3 siblings away into foster care

I have endured many of life's biggest setbacks and still found a way to survive. Not becasue I'm special, but because I learned something that I can teach you. How to Trust Your Hustle. When you FULLY understand and embody that message your life becomes amazing. 

Based on what happened in my life I could have bottled up and become a statistic in this world. Just another criminal looking to inflict pain on a world that hurt me. Instead I chose the opposite path.

I'm like the guy from office space, "I just love people….. I'm a people person" but not creepy like that guy.

I created a business with one mission in my heart. To teach you what I learned at the age of 15 that propelled me into the life success I have been able to achieve. How to TRUST YOUR HUSTLE.

I pour my heart out daily. I've literally filmed and posted a video a day for over 460 straight days and I teach live 3 days a week on Facebook. My singular intention is to help you uncover what’s already inside of you so you can Trust Your Hustle and achieve your GREATEST desires.

I found my own way after growing up in foster care. I was lost and living in a dark world for years until I was adopted at 14 and allowed to play a game that I fell in love with and excelled at enough to be able to play professionally. The NFL was a dream come true for me, but it was only the beginning.

I lost that career to injury and was forced yet again into an unforgiving world where I once again had to Trust My Hustle to excel. I tried my hand in business and found something I loved as much as the game of football. Being able to help others as my adoptive mom helped me to become successful in life by simply loving me and impacting my life.

I've since built multiple six figure businesses where I help people either build businesses of their own, improve their lives, or improve their fitness. My purpose on this planet is to continue to learn, and share what I know abundantly, to elevate YOUR life in ways you never knew possible. It's a purpose that lifts my soul up daily.
